Port Arthur native Deandre Nico wowed the crowds at the pavilion in downtown Port Arthur after the city’s annual cultural holiday parade on Saturday.
Nico took part in the parade and afterward received the keys to the city and a proclamation from Mayor Derrick Freeman.
