Louisiana man charged with sexually assaulting child in Port Arthur

A Louisiana man remains behind bars on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child for incidents that happened in Port Arthur.
The Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office has accepted the charges filed against Randall Charles Boudreaux, 27, who was arrested June 9 in Port Arthur.
Port Arthur Police Det. L. Thomas said an adult walked into the room where the assault was happening.
The victim was taken to a hospital and the assault was confirmed.
Boudreaux is facing two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and bond is $100,000 for each count.
If found guilty, each charge comes with a minimum sentence of 25 years.
Police believe the assault has been ongoing for a period of time but not in this city.
