Jefferson County indictments from this week

BEAUMONT — The following individuals were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week:
- Christopher Demond Delasbour, 17, of Port Arthur was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred July 27.
- Christopher Demond Delasbour, 17, of Port Arthur was indicted for theft of a firearm for an incident that occurred July 14.
- Abraham Harrison Jr., also known as Abraham Harrison, 60, of Port Arthur was indicted for injury to an elderly individual for an incident that occurred Sept. 7.
- Michael Gallow, 23, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, PG2-A (fluro-MDMB-PICA) for an incident that occurred April 18.
- Nicole Marie Howe, 37, of Port Neches was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 1.
- Bradley Stuart Atkins, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred July 4.

- Juan Carlos Contreras-Valencia, 34, of Groves was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon for an incident that occurred Feb. 4.
- Jason Keith Moreno, 47, of Groves was indicted for violation of protective order for an incident that occurred Sept. 5.
- Sunny Lynn Wilson, 37, of Livingston, was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred July 19.
- D’Shae Altrin Edwards, 35, of Port Arthur was indicted for assault on a peace officer for an incident that occurred Aug. 28.
- Leo DeCoux, 83, of Groves was indicted for forgery, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred June 13.
- Emery Jahrod Gallow III, 22, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of marijuana for an incident that occurred April 30.
- Angel Pena, 22, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 20.
- Ruben Leonel Soto, 24, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred May 1.
- Kreshunda Alexander, 34, of Houston was indicted for fraudulent use of identifying information for an incident that occurred July 30, 2018.
An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.
