Groves Police made the following arrests and responded to the following calls from June 3-9

June 3

• A theft was reported in the 5100 block of East Parkway.
• Israel Ceja, 32, was arrested for outside warrants, possession of a controlled substance, and theft in the 5500 block of Washington.
• Maria Chavez, 36, was arrested for outside warrants and theft in the 5500 block of Washington.
• Criminal mischief was reported in the 5200 block of East Parkway.
• A theft was reported in the 5200 block of East Parkway.
• Antonio Montano, 54, was arrested for public intoxication in the 5300 block of Park.
• Jessie Derutte, 40, was arrested for Groves warrants in the 4000 block of Twin City Highway.
• A theft was reported in the 6700 block of Gulfway Drive.

June 4

• A criminal trespass warning was issued in the 6000 block of Monroe.
• A theft was reported in the 6700 block of Gulfway Drive.
• A theft was reported in the 6700 block of Gulfway Drive.
• Makara Kan, 37, was arrested for criminal trespassing and failure to identify giving false or fictitious info in the 6000 block of Monroe.
• A missing person report was completed in the 6300 block of Warren.
• An assault was reported in the 6200 block of Warren.

June 5

• A theft was reported in the 5800 block of West Jefferson.
• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 6000 block of Van Buren.

June 6

• Thong Pham, 48, was arrested for assault in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
• Anthony Cormier, 45, was arrested for assault in the 4700 block of Martha Lane.
• Criminal mischief was reported in the 5100 block of West Parkway.
• A theft was reported in the 6700 block of 39^th.
• A report for terroristic threats was completed in the 3500 block of Cleveland.
• A report for assault was completed in the 6100 block of Mire.

June 7

Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and burglary of six vehicles was completed in the 6300 block of Gulfway Drive.

• Blake Stephson, 30, was arrested for other agency warrants/ possession of a controlled substance/ unlawful carrying of a weapon and City Code- possession or injection of certain prohibited Substances.
• Jacob Melanson, 23, was arrested for aggravated assault and unlawful restraint in the 5100 block of East Parkway.

June 8

• A missing persons report was completed in the 3200 block of Woodlawn.
• A theft report was completed in the 3500 block of East Parkway.
• Felicia Smith, 58, was arrested for criminal trespassing in the 4800 block of Twin City Highway.
• An assault was reported in the 5800 block of West Jefferson.
• Netfali Garcia, 31, was arrested for driving while intoxicated (2^nd) in the 4700 block of Twin City Highway.

June 9

• An assault was reported in the 6200 block of Willis.
