Foul play has been ruled out in the death of a homeless man found dead near an underpass at Texas 347 and 60th Street Tuesday morning.
Port Arthur Police Sgt. Scott Gaspard said the man’s body was found by a Kansas City Southern Railroad employee around 9:14 a.m. Aug. 4.
Police speculate the man had been dead four to five days. No foul play is suspected in his death.
A tentative identification has been made and police are working to notify next of kin.
