Betty K. Bellow, 79, of Port Arthur passed away peacefully surrounded by her love ones at the Medical Center in Port Arthur, Texas on Wednesday April 24, 2018 following a brave battle with Parkinson disease and other complications.

Betty was on born September 30, 1938. She was the daughter of Verdel and Katherine Neel of Lake Sam Rayburn and was preceded in death by one son, Paul Woodall, her mother and father, her sister Verline Badget.

She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, James Bellow, her sister, Bonnie Drake of Dallas, Texas, her grandsons Derek Woodall, Brandon Houston, great grandsons, Weston Woodall and Nicholas Houston.

Betty graduated from Thomas Jefferson high school.

A 10 AM funeral service will be conducted at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves on Saturday, April 28, 2018. A gathering of family will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 5 PM until 8 PM at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
