American CueSports pool Texas championships coming to Port Arthur

The American CueSports State Championships are returning to Port Arthur.
Organizers are expecting more than 450 players from around Texas to participate, and they are inviting the public to come and watch the high level play over the course of the week.
The is free entry for spectators.
The fun takes place at Robert A. “Bob” Bower Civic Center.
Food, snacks, sodas and alcohol are served daily from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Scotch Doubles starts play at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The New Senior Divisions start play at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Singles actions begins at 9 a.m. Thursday and Friday.
Teams play is planned at 8 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday.
